You may cancel your Aquin Pro subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Cancellation is simple and can be done directly through your account settings.

Pro Monthly Subscriptions ($20/month)

When You Cancel

If you cancel your monthly Pro subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens after cancellation:

You will continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period
You will not be charged for the subsequent month
Your account will automatically revert to the Free Starter plan
You can continue using local AI models and basic features indefinitely
Cloud AI message limits will apply as per the Free Starter plan

No Pro-Rata Refunds

Important Billing Information

Please note that we do not offer pro-rata refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle.

This means:

Once a monthly subscription period has been paid for, you will retain full Pro access for the duration of that period
Cancelling on day 1 or day 29 of your billing cycle provides the same end date
You get full value from your subscription regardless of when you cancel
No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the billing period
