Cancellation Policy

Last updated on February 27, 2026

Aquin operates on a usage-based model — you only pay for the GPU compute time your training jobs consume. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or lock-in periods.

Because there is no subscription to cancel, you can stop using Aquin at any time. Your account and any remaining credit balance will remain available for as long as you choose to keep your account open.

how billing works

Usage-Based Credits

You purchase compute credits and spend them only when you run training jobs. Charges are based on GPU time consumed — you are never charged for idle time, storage alone, or simply having an account.

- New accounts receive free credits to get started

- Credits do not expire while your account is active

- You are only charged when a training job is actively running

- If your credit balance reaches zero, new training jobs will not start until credits are added

stopping use of aquin

No Action Required to Stop Being Charged

Since Aquin is usage-based, simply stop running training jobs and no further charges will occur. There is nothing to cancel.

- No recurring fees or monthly charges will accumulate

- Your datasets and trained models remain in your account storage until you delete them or close your account

- Your remaining credit balance is preserved and available whenever you return

Closing Your Account

If you wish to permanently close your account, you can request deletion through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon account closure:

- Your datasets and trained models will be permanently deleted within 30 days

- Any remaining unused credit balance is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law

- We recommend downloading any trained models or datasets you wish to keep before requesting account closure

credits and refunds

Important Billing Information

Purchased compute credits are non-refundable once a training job has been initiated and credits have been consumed.

- Credits consumed by completed or in-progress training jobs cannot be reversed

- Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire while your account is active

- If a training job fails due to a platform error on our side, credits consumed by that job will be reviewed for reimbursement on a case-by-case basis

For details on refunds under specific technical circumstances, please refer to our Refund Policy.
