We offer a 24 hour refund policy for our Pro subscription ($20/month) ONLY under the condition that you can provide video evidence demonstrating that the Aquin Lucid software is not functioning on your computer.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • The Aquin Lucid application fails to launch or install properly
  • Critical features like the floating interface or AI responses are completely non-functional
  • Software crashes prevent normal use of core functionality
  • Authentication or account access issues that prevent Pro feature access

What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

The following concerns are not refundable:

  • Slowness in AI response generation or processing delays
  • Compatibility issues with specific applications or workflows
  • Preference for local AI models over cloud-based features
  • Voice recognition accuracy or text-to-speech quality preferences
  • Custom command setup difficulties or configuration challenges
  • Changes in AI model availability or responses
  • Internet connectivity issues affecting cloud AI features
  • General dissatisfaction with AI assistant capabilities
  • Requests after the 24 hour window has expired

How to Request a Refund
