Privacy Policy

Account: Your name, email, profile picture, authentication tokens, and subscription plan (Individual, Team, or Enterprise).

Models & Datasets: Models you upload (GGUF, safetensors, or HuggingFace references) and any datasets used for fine-tuning, stored in encrypted Cloudflare R2 under your account.

Session Data: Weight inspection results, behavioral probe findings, edit snapshots, and job logs — stored under your account and never shared.

Billing: Subscription status and transaction confirmations only. All payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments — we never see your card details.

Solely to operate the platform — to authenticate you, run your sessions and jobs, store your models and data, manage your subscription, and improve reliability using anonymized metrics. We never use your models or data for advertising, profiling, or anything beyond providing the Aquin service.

Inspection & Editing: Uploaded models are stored in your Cloudflare R2 account. All weight parsing, analysis, and editing runs in an isolated GCP instance dedicated to your session. Edit snapshots preserve your original weights — nothing is overwritten without your explicit action. The instance self-terminates when your session ends.

Fine-tuning: Datasets are stored in your R2 account. Training runs in an isolated GCP GPU instance that self-terminates on completion. Resulting model weights are saved back to your R2 storage.

HuggingFace models: When you reference a public model, weights are fetched directly into your isolated session environment. We don't permanently store base model weights beyond your session unless you explicitly save them.

We don't sell your data to anyone. We work with the following infrastructure providers to operate the platform:

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your models and session data are strictly isolated from other users. No persistent compute VMs — GPU instances only exist for the duration of a session or job.

Retention: Models, datasets, and session data are kept until you delete them or close your account. Session and job logs are kept for 90 days. On account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You can access, update, download, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. You can manage or cancel your subscription from account settings. To request full account deletion or a portable copy of your data, contact us at aquin@aquin.app.

Aquin enforces platform-level policies against uploading, training, inspecting, or deploying models intended to cause harm, spread disinformation, or generate illegal content. Violations may result in account suspension. To report misuse, contact aquin@aquin.app.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. We may update this policy from time to time — material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
